Free 15-minute consultation
A brief conversation to ask questions and sense fit—no obligation. It does not replace a full intake and does not create an ongoing clinical relationship by itself.

Insurance & out-of-network reimbursement
Do not assume this practice is in-network with your insurance unless that has been confirmed for your specific plan. Many clients choose to pay privately or to use out-of-network benefits if their plan allows. Your insurer—not the practice—can tell you whether you have out-of-network mental health coverage, what your deductible or reimbursement rate may be, and what paperwork they need.
When appropriate, a superbill (a statement you can submit to insurance) may be available. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement; it is simply documentation some plans accept for out-of-network claims.
Ongoing clients & session rate
For clients who attend on a regular, scheduled basis, a lower per-session rate may sometimes be discussed in advance. This is not automatic and not promised for every situation—ask during consultation if you would like to understand how fees work for ongoing care.
Payment methods
The practice commonly accepts: Visa · Mastercard · American Express · Discover · Health Savings Account (HSA). If you plan to use a health savings account (HSA), check your plan rules. Ask if you have questions about how payment is handled at the time of service.
Good faith estimates
Under federal law, health care providers must offer patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges. You can read more on our Good faith estimate page and request an estimate as described there.
