Good faith estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for scheduled services. This page provides general information; your specific estimate should be requested directly from the practice when you are scheduling self-pay care.

Published session fees

Current published rates are $150 for individual sessions and $200 for couples sessions. The final cost of care depends on the number of sessions, the type of service, and other factors discussed during scheduling.

How to request an estimate

To request a good faith estimate, contact Rising from Ashes, PLLC using the contact page or call (701) 765-5703. Include the service you are seeking and whether you are self-pay.

If you receive a bill that is much higher

If you are billed substantially more than your good faith estimate, federal law may provide dispute resolution options. Ask your provider or insurer for the correct process, and retain documentation related to your estimate and bills.
